Innowearable have managed to do something nobody has done before, measure lactate-level momentarily without any blood samples. This is a world unique innovation that will be a game-changer for endurance sports. By using EMG data from the active muscles the Inno-1™ sensor is able to determine the lactate level in real-time. With the combination of proven EMG technology and our novel algorithms, the athlete is given direct feedback on muscle fatigue. Lactate threshold is an important part of training for high-performance athletes. Our product, Inno-1™, uses a unique patented set of algorithms that have been validated for runners and cyclists in scientific studies.

Inno-1™ gives an insight into how to optimize your endurance training knowing your lactate threshold is of the utmost importance.
